Returning products purchased from the e-store
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract concluded in the e-store www.elesen.lt without providing a reason, by notifying the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the item was received and sending the item back to the Seller without delay, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of notification.
Once we confirm that your returned item meets the return requirements, we will transfer the paid amount to your specified bank account within 5 (five) business days.
It is not possible to return software products if the protective seals on the packaging have been broken.
If the reason for the return is poor quality, the seller undertakes to provide warranty service for the product you purchased, reduce the product price, replace the defective item with a new one at their own expense, or refund the amount paid in accordance with the applicable rules.
Purchased items can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the “Retail Trade Rules” approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on June 11, 2001, Resolution No. 697 (amended by Resolution No. 738 of July 22, 2014).
When returning quality goods, the following conditions must be met:
- when returning the item, the purchase document must be presented (VAT invoice or cash register receipt);
- the returned item must be in its original and undamaged packaging;
- the item must not be damaged, used, or have lost its commercial appearance (e.g., damaged labels, removed protective films, etc.) (this condition does not apply when returning a defective item);
- the returned item must be in the same set as received by the Buyer (including any gifts received with the order, if applicable);
- the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item if the returned item or its packaging is damaged, the item has lost its commercial appearance (e.g., damaged labels, protective films, etc.), has been used, is different in composition from what was purchased, or if gifts, accessories, or parts provided with the item are not returned;
- the shipping/delivery costs for returned items are covered by the Buyer. Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable;
- the Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned item. If the item is not returned in full or the gifts received with the order are not returned, the seller reserves the right to reject the return.
