Free pickup of goods from physical stores

Terms of service:
  • You can pick up your items for free at any Elesen physical store;
  • If the item is available in the selected store, it will be ready for pickup within 1 hour after the order is confirmed;
  • Items that are not currently in the store will be delivered within 1–3 business days (if the item is ordered – according to the specified delivery time);
  • When the item is ready for pickup, you will be notified by SMS and email;
  • Ordered items must be picked up within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the notification; if you cannot pick them up within this time, please contact customer service by phone at +370 4 620 0100 (Mon–Sun 09:00–21:00) or by email at aptarnavimas@elesen.lt;
  • You can check the availability of items in stores on the product page by clicking the “Find in stores” button.

Parcel locker pickup

Service terms:
  • Orders over €100 are always delivered to parcel lockers free of charge;
  • Pickup available from Venipak or DPD Pickup parcel lockers;
  • Delivery to the selected parcel locker within 1–3 business days of order placement;
  • Available for orders up to 30 kg that fit in the locker;
  • Delivery fee for orders under €100 starts at €2.99;
  • SMS and email notifications with locker door codes will be sent once your parcel arrives;
  • Pickup available 24/7;
  • If the order is not collected within the stated time, it will be returned to the sender. Re-delivery to a specified address or locker is available only after covering additional shipping costs.

Home Delivery by Courier Service

Terms of Service:
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days from the date of order
Delivery with indoor carry-in (applies to all items up to 80 kg):
  • For items up to 10 kg – €4.99
  • For items from 10 to 30 kg – €8.99
  • For items from 30 to 80 kg – €19.99
For large or heavy items (side-by-side refrigerators, TVs from 75 inches, or items over 80 kg):
  • Delivery without carry-in – €26.99
  • Delivery with carry-in (available only with Elesen couriers in the following cities: Vilnius and Kaunas) – €44.99
Deliveries to the Curonian Spit are made only to parcel terminals. This delivery option applies only to shipments that meet the following criteria:
  • the weight of a single package does not exceed 25 kg,
  • the maximum package dimensions are 36 × 43 × 61 cm

Installation services

Service terms (currently available in Vilnius and Kaunas):
  • Installation services are only available with the “Home delivery” option;
  • Basic installation – e.g. TV on a stand, connecting a washing machine to water and electricity, plugging in an electric stove or fridge;
  • Advanced installation – built-in appliance fitting, TV wall-mounting, fridge door reversal;
  • Installation service price starts at €25.00;

Old appliance removal

Service terms (currently available in Vilnius and Kaunas):
  • Old appliance removal is only available with the “Home delivery” option;
  • The appliance for disposal must be disconnected and brought to the first indoor space (e.g. hallway or entryway);
  • If disposal is ordered together with installation of a new appliance, disconnection is not needed;
  • The condition of the item must ensure safe transportation;
  • The courier may refuse to remove the old appliance if they believe the work cannot be done safely (e.g. special tools are needed for disconnection, there’s a risk of property damage, or there are biological, chemical, or physical hazards);
  • Disposal service price starts at €10.00;
