No. The Circle of Friends loyalty programme is free to join.

Create an Elesen account – all you need is an email address and phone number or Smart-ID. If you already have an account, you don’t need to do anything else – you’re automatically a Circle of Friends member. You get all the programme benefits right away, and you’ll see member prices as soon as you log in.

Yes. At the checkout, simply provide the phone number or email address you registered with, and the member price will be applied. No separate card is needed.

You’ll receive a one-time code for free delivery to a parcel locker. You’ll find it by logging into your Elesen account. The code is valid regardless of the purchase amount.

If a product doesn’t meet your needs, you can exchange it for another product within 90 days of purchase. It’s important that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and that you have the proof of purchase – you can find it in your Elesen account.

You’ll find your full purchase history in your Elesen account. All your purchases, receipts, warranty documents and VAT invoices are conveniently available in one place. Your history includes purchases made both online and in physical stores – simply confirm at the checkout that you’re a Circle of Friends member.
