Description

PC gaming in a portable design
The Acer Predator Atlas 8 combines the versatility of Windows with a compact handheld design, giving you access to your PC game library wherever you go. The Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor and Intel Arc B390 graphics deliver capable performance across a variety of gaming genres. Its ergonomic chassis features enlarged palm rests, recessed buttons, and an anti-slip texture to provide a secure and comfortable grip during extended gaming sessions.

8-inch WUXGA display with a 120Hz refresh rate
The 8-inch display features a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio, providing detailed visuals and additional screen space for maps, menus, and other game interface elements. A 120Hz refresh rate with Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) support helps deliver smoother motion. The display also offers up to 500 nits of peak brightness, 100% sRGB colour gamut coverage, and reduced-reflection cover glass. Ten-point multi-touch support makes navigating Windows and interacting with touch-enabled games intuitive and responsive.

Precision controls for different gaming genres
The Acer Predator Atlas 8 features full-size TMR joysticks that use magnetic sensing for precise input and improved resistance to joystick drift. Hall-effect analogue triggers provide consistent response, while adjustable trigger modes let you switch between short-travel micro-switch operation for fast-paced shooters and full-travel analogue control for racing and flight simulators. Additional rear macro buttons provide convenient access to essential actions without requiring you to remove your thumbs from the joysticks.

Predator AeroBlade cooling for sustained performance
The Predator AeroBlade cooling system combines dual fans with Vortex Flow airflow technology to efficiently remove heat from the handheld. Each metal fan features 89 ultra-thin blades measuring just 0.1mm in thickness, helping improve internal air circulation and deliver more than 10% higher airflow. This advanced cooling design helps manage operating temperatures and maintain consistent performance during demanding gaming sessions.

80Wh battery and versatile connectivity
The integrated 80Wh battery provides substantial power for gaming during travel, downtime, and everyday activities away from a power outlet. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 offer modern wireless connectivity, while two Thunderbolt 4 ports provide flexible options for connecting compatible external devices and accessories. Support for UHS-II microSD cards also allows you to expand storage for games and other files.

Immersive audio and clearer communication
The Acer Predator Atlas 8 features two 2W speakers with DTS Virtual technology, creating a wider and more immersive audio experience. This helps bring greater depth and detail to in-game sound effects and environmental audio. Dual built-in microphones with Acer PurifiedVoice technology improve voice pickup, making communication with teammates clearer during intense gaming sessions.
