Useful for those who do sports. There are running and cycling training programs based on results. You can also do various strength exercises, there are various training programs, it shows on the watch how to do the exercises. It's been a few months, it's still interesting. I use it for running, swimming in the pool, bodyweight exercises on the mat, to see how I slept or what happens when I'm sick.
